12-14 mths feeding / sleeping schedule
7/730am - Milk 160-180ML followed by breakfast: Wholemeal w Jam/Raisin Bread (1 slice ) / Oats / Cheerios w milk /Pancakes / Eggs / Yoghurt (2 choices)
930am - bath time
10am - morning nap (abt 30mins - 1hr)
12/1230 pm - Lunch : Porridge / Pasta /Mee Sua /Gratin etc + Fruit+ 1 cup H20
2/230pm - Milk 160 ML
230pm - afternoon nap (1-2hrs)
530/6pm - Dinner : Porridge / Pasta /Mee Sua /Gratin etc + Fruit + 1 cup H20
7pm - wash up
8/830pm - Milk 210ML and off to zzzz
