Mummy was inspired by her lunch the other day.. so she tried to make toddlers version for me.
Here's the recipe for Meatballs:
Ingredients:
lean ground beef
egg, slightly beaten
grated Parmesan cheese
chopped onions
warm water
dried basil /parsley
ground black pepper
a pinch of salt
Method :

Method :
Mix all the ingredients add just enough egg and water so that its moist not wet. Shape into meatballs, small enough for kids to eat on their own.
Preheat a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add butter / oil to pan and begin rolling small, bite-size balls, adding balls to pan as you roll them. Remove once browned and cooked. Add to spaghetti and top with tomato pasta sauce.
