Mum can Cook

I've been having more variety for my meals and dinners are looking more like adult dishes.
Mummy has been tying out chinese dishes (with minimal seasoning) for me so now I'll have rice and 1 meat dish/veggie and soup.

Some New Dishes I've tried:
* Stir fired minced meat with broccoli
* Tou Fu wif fish paste topping
* Spinach and mushroom omelette
* Teriyaki Cod Fish and broccoli
* Fried rice with egg, fish cake & veggies

Heres the recipe for the above dish
Stir Fried Minced Meat wif veggiesIngredients:Chopped Garlic
1-1 1/2 tbsp Mince Pork/Chicken (marinate with a dash of white pepper)
1 Button Mushroom - chopped
1-2 Broccoli florets
1/2 tsp soy sauce / teriyaki sauce

stock/water
cornstarch

Tofu with Fish Paste
Ingredients:
Silken Tofu/ Egg Tofu
Fish Paste
Seasoning:
Sesame Oil
Light Soy Sauce / Thai Fish Sauce
White Pepper
Spread the fish paste on top of the tofu and place on a plate. Mix and pour the seasoning onto the tofu fish paste. Leave the tofu to marinate for abt 15mins. Prepare steamer/wok, and once the water is boiling, place the tofu into the wok/steamer and steam for about 10 min . Once cook, remove from wok/steamer, and serve with white rice!
Spinach and mushroom omelette
Ingredients:
1 Egg
Spinach leaves - chopped
1 Button Mushroom - chopped
Dash of White Pepper
Pinch of Salt
Beat egg and add in a dash of White Pepper, a Pinch of Salt. Mix in the veggies.
Preheat the non-stick pan on high heat, add a tsp of butter. Once butter has melted add in the egg mixture, allow the bottom to turn slightly brown before folding the omelette to half, reduce the heat and flip it onto the other side. Press a little bit on top of the omelette to make sure the insides are cooked, remove from stove. [make sure your pan is hot initially before reducing the heat and don't overcook the eggs by leaving it too long on the stove - this will ensure a nice, fluffy & fragrant omelette]
