Year of the Snake 2013

The children enjoyed the Chinese New Year as they got excited over the snacks and gatherings that took place over the few days.  They were the happiest as they got to go out every day for visitations and sleep late at night!   At their age now (2.5 and 5 yrs) they can appreciate CNY better, since they get to participate in the "lo hei" as well as collect their "ang bao".  Anyway we adults also had a god time catching up with family and friends.  What's more, I love to dress the kids up in traditional wear for CNY, and this is the best time to do so as they are too young to object..
